Oct. 21 was a big day at the Pharr-Reynosa International Bridge, one of the U.S.-Mexico border crossings in Texas’ most southern tip. A tractor-trailer carrying fresh tomatoes was stopped on its way into the U.S. Upon a second examination, border agents discovered 384 packages of suspected marijuana.
