If signed into law by Governor Raimondo, or allowed to become law without her signature, PTSD wold join conditions such as HIV/AIDS, cancer and epilepsy that allow an individual to purchase, possess and use medical cannabis, given of course they receive a recommendation from a physician.
Passage of the measure comes roughly a month after the House of Representatives approved a bill that would allow Veterans Affairs doctors to recommend medical cannabis to their patients.
