The city of Pueblo is proposing a ban on growing marijuana in homes and apartments. Colorado’s marijuana law allows adults over 21 to grow up to six plants in an “enclosed, locked space.” But the law doesn’t say that space has to be at home. City officials are drafting an ordinance to require pot growers to move plants out of homes and apartments and into a detached building.
